CEO and founder of Noshtac

Mike leverages his extensive background in leadership and education to drive the company’s mission forward. Prior to establishing Noshtac, Mike served as the Workshop Manager for the OFS Roads Department and held the position of Principal at both Technical Schools and a Technical College within the Department of Education. His commitment to Health and Safety training is a cornerstone of his professional philosophy. Mike firmly believes that companies should never compromise on safety by taking shortcuts in training practices. He advocates for comprehensive training programs that equip workers with the necessary skills to avoid hazards, thereby preventing both injuries and unnecessary equipment costs. For Mike, neglecting robust Health and Safety measures is not an option; he is dedicated to championing a culture of safety in the workplace, ensuring that every employee can perform their duties without undue risk.
